Beef ’O’Brady’s, a 213-unit chain of sports pubs, is seeking an Albuquerque franchisee for its New Mexico debut.
The company has plans for three to four restaurants over the next two years in the Duke City.
“There are a lot of real estate opportunities right now, and we hope to be open by midyear next year in Albuquerque,†said James Walker, Beef ’O’Brady’s development officer. “Albuquerque is the right place to start, but we’re talking to people all over New Mexico, and not just Santa Fe. Roswell, Los Alamos and even Gallup would work for us.â€
