The Pinehurst-based company that opened Dunkin’ Donuts on Raeford Road in Fayetteville now has a second location.
Pinehurst Donuts Inc. opened an 1,875-square-foot store on Sandhills Boulevard in Aberdeen on July 9. The shop replaced a Blockbuster video store that went out of business.
The new Dunkin’ Donuts shares the strip center with an urgent care clinic and a Papa John’s pizza.
Ken Baer, who owns Pinehurst Donuts with Pat Corso, said business at the newest Dunkin’ has been good.
“We’re still not mature there, so I can’t tell you where it’s going, but right now it’s brisk,” Baer said.
