Ohio Restaurant Recruiters, a restaurant manager recruiting firm in Ohio and Pennsylvania, announced this week that Covelli Enterprises, the largest franchisee of Panera Bread and O’Charley’s, has entrusted them with its restaurant management recruitment needs.
Covelli Enterprises has more than 200 Panera bakery-cafe concepts; 27 more are scheduled to open over the next 18 months.
