From Homeless To Biz Owner

TheSun.co.uk:

When Hayley Miller ended up in a homeless hostel, she could have easily headed down the path of drugs and alcohol – just like many of the young people she was living with.

But instead she took a different route and sought sanctuary in her passion for fashion.

Since her days at the hostel, a hard-working and determined Hayley has not only set up her own company but also caught the eye of the fashion world.

She is in talks with posh department store Selfridges about selling her luxury wares.

Hayley launches her first collection of designer bags, most of which were inspired by her time in the hostel, this month — just two days before her 21st birthday.

But her success now is a far cry from her teenage years when her “intolerable” life with her family meant that from the age of 15, Hayley was homeless.

Hayley, who was brought up on a housing estate on the outskirts of Oxford, says: “I had a lovely childhood. Even though we lived in quite a rough area, everyone looked after each other.
