Fitness Is Not Dead

Depending on which side of the industry you’re on, people believe fitness is either dying or alive and well. For young entrepreneur Adam Shaw, it is the latter, reports The Shields Gazette.

Without grants or business training, Mr Shaw only opened his fitness venture in October – but it’s already proving a winner.

Employing three coaches, the business is quickly establishing itself as a fixture on the local fitness scene.

Mr Shaw said: “I’ve always been into sport – particularly cricket – so the business is really a natural extension of my own passion.

“I employ three coaches and we can travel anywhere throughout Tyne and Wear, offering various sports, multi-skills, dance, zumba and cheerleading coaching to schools, clubs and local communities, all delivered by fully and highly-qualified and CRB-checked coaches and instructors.
