Tater tots are a lunch or snack food made of deep-fried, grated potatoes. Now, a new food truck called Tot Boss promises to add them to to the roadside dining options in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Tater tot enthusiast, Dan Docken (the boss), invites you to enjoy unique snacks and meals at a location near you – a mobile location. TOT BOSS will hit the streets of St. Paul and surrounding areas, in the Spring of 2012. This food truck will specialize in tasty tater tots and tater tot concoctions such as bacon wrapped tater tots, tater tot nachos, and of course – tater tot hot dish.

Tater Tots ($4.00 or half order $2.50) Deep fried to golden brown – crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Full order is approximately 25 tots.

Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots ($4.50) 8 tots wrapped in bacon, fried until crisp. Served with cheddar cheese dipping sauce.

Tater Tot Nachos ($6.00) Half order of tots covered with nacho cheese, seasoned beef, diced onions, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream with a sprinkle of chives. Served with salsa and jalapeño peppers upon request.
