If the ebola outbreak in the United States has taught us anything, so far, it’s that everyone is faking it, all of the time.
When you’re outside looking in, it always looks like the people in the fancy suits or with the clipboards are so smart, so on top of everything. They seem so smart. Everything seems so well planned.
But if you’ve ever been on the inside, and we all have, you know what it’s like to be clueless, to make decisions without enough information, to shoot from the hip.
And it’s not just you. It’s everyone. And everything.
Everyone is making up everything as they go. Everyone is just shooting from the hip.
The emperor has no clothes. He never does.
But this is good news. If you ever think you’re not good enough or not smart enough, you’re wrong. You are.
