What advice can you offer potential franchisees?
The most successful owners continually fill their pipeline with prospects and work to communicate effectively and consistently.
What’s special about the franchise?
We work with accounting professionals who perhaps are worried about being laid off or downsized. Going into business for themselves allows them the freedom to create lives that are exciting and rewarding.
What is the idea behind the franchise?
We help people to help people. If an accountant can help an independent business owner to save time and money then they in turn are giving a quality of life back to the customers that they serve.
How does Succentrix compare to its competition?
Our territory owners are encouraged to develop relationships, to get out from behind their desks and to engage in customer service, community service and networking. Learning how to serve people is the next evolution of business.
What do you look for in a potential franchisee?
A desire to craft a better life for themselves and their families, a desire for personal and professional reward and work ethic.

Can you describe a typical day in the life of a franchisee?
1-2 hours processing accounts, 1-2 hours marketing, 1-2 hours organizationally, 1-2 hours communicating

27 years in management, marketing, public relations, design and developing relationships.
What motivates you to keep going?
Being a conduit for change in the world. “Loving my neighbor as myself.”
If you were to start again, what would you do differently?
Be enlightened and awake at an earlier age… understanding that everything we do affects everything we do is the secret to life.

Kindness, being authentic, being fearless
What is the worst job you have ever had and what did you learn from it?
I have learned from every experience. I won’t ruminate on negative but I will express that my life is magic.
What is one trend that really excites you?
The world evolving into the understanding that we are all connected.
What are your three favorite online tools or resources and what do you love about them?
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube… staying connected and the serendipity that happens when you put positive into the world.
Do you (or did you ever) have a mentor?
Many. Each chapter of my life I have had someone put their arm around my shoulder to show me what they know and I have learned very well that I am my best advocate. It starts with my dedication to me (self-love) and my willingness to see the best in each person.
Any final words for aspiring entrepreneurs?
Life is for living. A career is for paying bills to keep you comfortable while you are living life. Don’t confuse the two. Prioritize life and everything else will fall into place. The golden rule ALWAYS applies!
