Jani-King Achieves £4.5m In New Business In 2009

The Franchise Magazine:

Franchisor Jani-King (GB) is reporting a boom year for the contract cleaning sector, with a reported growth in new business to £4.5 million in 2009. The company is now targeting £7 million in new business totals for 2010. All business is distributed between its franchise owners, who deliver its service through management operations in exclusive territories.

Included in the new business is the extension of Jani-King’s long term contract with Odeon cinemas, which was won after a tough re-tender process. The company also moved from regional contracts to national contracts with retails chains Wagamama and H&M.

“Reasons for this growth are due to the strong relationships we build with our customers and the level and flexibility of the service that we deliver to them,” comments Jani-King Director Will Gavan.
