Who says couture has to be expensive? Two teenagers walked away with $3000 each for creating their prom outfits entirely out of duct tape. The Arizona Republic says it took Ray Banna and Yancy Esquivel 300 hours to create their designs. They used scissors, permanent markers, a sewing machine and 30 rolls of duct tape.
