Nice list. If I may, I would like to add that selling crafts through ebay or your own site or blog might also be a good idea for some people. Of course, the more unique the craft, the better. :)

I’m taken aback by your list. Most people who think they have the skills necessary to be a writer or photography don’t. That’s even true of stock shots and cheap web content.
Coaching? I would hope one would ONLY consider this if they were a real expert in the business field or in the particular niche they were targeting.
Paid surveys? Probably the worst-paying online moneymaker in history. Anyone who does their homework will quickly realize that the paid survey racket is a pennies per hour proposition when all is done.
And what really gets me is that you don’t mention all of the very REAL ways to make a good living online. Things that don’t involve trading time for money and that can create long-lasting independent passive revenue streams.

Rather than complain about it, why don’t you contribute a few ideas of your own here in the comments?
