Drain Doctor Plumbing – the UK’s largest emergency plumbing and drain repair business – has just completed its largest new franchisee training school since well before the start of the recession.
Drain Doctor director Jan Mitman said: “The recession may (or may not) be coming to an end – but the economic experiences of the past year or so have made increasing numbers of people seek a recession-proof business opportunity.â€
Five new franchisees, taking on territories from Scotland to the South of England, have just completed their training in the systems and philosophies that have enabled Drain Doctor to maintain a 15-year record of unbroken growth.
The central principle is to deliver dazzling levels of service in a market plagued by cowboy operators who are overcharging customers for shoddy workmanship.
