Interesting Creations By 2 Mompreneurs, 1 Dadpreneur Too

If you’ve ever had an idea and you were too afraid to move ahead with it, it’s time to reconsider. For many there is no idea too crazy and in some cases there is even a market for the unusually interesting. If you need some proof, here are some innovative products that were invented by a couple Colorado mompreneurs (and one dadpreneur), as originally written by 9news.com.

Green Guru Bags

Recycling is the buzz these days, so why not turn your trash into trendy accessories. Boulder’s Green guru has a line of large deluxe messenger bags made from old vinyl billboards.

They also make recycled plastic bottles with waterproof bottoms made of mountain bike tubes. The handles are road bike tubes. They make other products that are ecofriendly too, including travel kits, dog leashes and collars, and tote bags.

Bottle Tags

You can always keep track of your water bottle, and avoid drinking out of a stranger’s at the gym, with this line of Bottle Tags. The inventor was inspired by wine tags that also mark the right bottle. They come in many different colors including glow in the dark. They’ll be in stores soon, but right now you can find them online.

Thumbthreadz

If you’re a nut about text messages, these little thumb protectors may be just the thing from wearing your thumbs down to little nubs. Thumbthreadz are tiny fabric sleeves for your thumbs. They come in different styles and colors and run about $4 bucks.
