According to the MardiGrasNewOrleans.com something like 90% of all arrests made each year along the parade routes and in the French Quarter during Mardi Gras season are related to people urinating in public.
In response, two native New Orleans boys have created a service called Airpnp that allows people to rent out their bathrooms to people who need to use it.
The service will be put to test during Mardi Gras 2014 in New Orleans.
