Ines Flax, a Miami pre construction expert, has over 25 years of experience in the field. Instead of getting down in the trenches with the rest of the real estate agents, she is turning to another outlet: digital marketing.
Ines and her team have paired up with Marketic, a Miami based online marketing and design agency, to come up with a plan to capture the demand for these properties.
They are building out 10 different websites – each related to different niches of Miami real estate (think of them as the Zillow for pre construction, the Zillow for penthouses, etc). Each website contains an interactive map of those properties, a custom HD video, unique photography, and buyers’ tips aimed at creating a content rich experience for users.
Instead of creating one massive repository of properties, Ines is branding herself as experts in each niche. It’s the same reason that you hire a different attorney for a DUI and a divorce – you want to work with the expert in that sub-niche.
The same concept applies to real estate. If you’re looking for a waterfront penthouse, you want to hire a waterfront penthouse expert. The initial response from users has been overwhelmingly positive from the test website, giving the green light to launch the other 9 by the end of this month.
