He comes to TES as a seasoned Sr. Executive having spent over 15 years in the Staffing Industry with Snelling Personnel Services. During his tenure with Snelling he held varying responsibilities including leadership capacity for both Franchise and Company-owned training. Brian helped found Snelling University. Brian has over 20 years experience in the Human Resources, Recruitment and Training and Development Fields. In addition, Brian has extensive sales background in Business-to-Business and Major Account Sales. Brian was promoted from Vice President of Operations and Training to Executive Vice President of Operations in May 2004.
