Yum Brands Inc. franchisee Brazil Fast Food Corp. plans to develop a total of 10 more Pizza Hut and KFC restaurants this year in South America under an agreement with the Louisville-based fast-food chain.
According to a news release from Rio de Janeiro-based Brazil Fast Food, the company has agreements with Yum Brands to further expand the number of fast-food and pizza restaurants in Brazil and Chile.
Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Yum Brands is the parent company of Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, Long John Silver’s and A&W Restaurants.
The company has more than 37,000 restaurants in more than 110 countries and territories.
