Fidus Partners is pleased to announce that John Pollock and Mike Miller have joined the firm as Managing Directors.
Mr. Pollock joins Fidus with 18 years of M&A experience and will focus primarily on the health care, franchising, and consumer sectors at Fidus. Mr. Miller will lead the business development effort at Fidus, including coverage of financial sponsors and middle market companies for the firm’s M&A advisory business and the junior capital investment activities of Fidus Capital. In addition, Dillon Bowles recently joined the firm as a Director, focusing on the government and IT services, defense, and aerospace sectors.
With these senior-level additions, health care, franchising, and government services are new areas of emphasis at Fidus, expanding the firm’s current industry focus areas of building products, consumer & retail, industrial, defense and aerospace, food, and business services.
