Paul Mogannam has returned home. But then again, he never really left.
The longtime Daly City resident and chief executive officer of BurgerMeister has just opened corporate headquarters in his hometown after founding the restaurant in San Francisco a decade ago.
“I love Daly City,” said Mogannam, 58. “I’ve lived here 20 years. Three of my four boys graduated from (Jefferson Union High district) schools. This is my neighborhood.”
Mogannam and his company are re-establishing their roots in Daly City as they look to expand throughout and beyond the Bay Area.
Having offices on Mission Street provides a centralized base of operations to grow his business.
