The Memphis Blues Barbeque restaurant at Grandview Corners in South Surrey serves close to a couple hundred pounds of pulled pork on an average day.

It’s a similar story at the chain’s new Clayton Heights location.

I went down to the restaurant one morning to learn how to make it.
