An Asian-style stir-fry restaurant will open in Abilene, likely within the next 75 days, an official associated with Genghis Grill restaurants said.
“We’re working with the landlord right now,†said Ron Parikh, chief marketing officer for Dallas-based Genghis Grill Franchise Concepts.
Parikh declined to name the location.
Customers select from meat, vegetable and sauce options for their meal.
“We have an open food line. You can pick and choose from meat, veggies and mix it up with spices,†Parikh said.
Then, customers “take it to a big, round circular grill†Parikh said.
