Calvin Cooksey recently celebrated his second anniversary as a Premier Rental-Purchase dealer in Sarasota, Fla. Cooksey has enjoyed success as part of the Premier network of support and has brought new ideas, especially in marketing, as a business owner to the Premier family.
Following a military career, Cooksey ran a restaurant and caught the entrepreneurial bug. “Now that I am in business for myself, I find my work and providing for my family much more fulfilling. Premier has made it possible to get into business, and I value the support I receive as a franchisee in such areas as human resources, marketing, and purchasing.â€
Cooksey also has used his rental-purchase store as a means of giving back to his community, becoming the proud No. 1 sponsor of Booker High School’s sports program by committing $10,000 to support the Booker Tornadoes last year.
