Häagen-Dazs Shops is turning to Facebook to educate potential investors about what it’s like to run an ice cream shop for the famous brand.

As part of its franchise recruitment strategy, Häagen-Dazs has launched Ice Cream Boss, a fun, interactive online social media game designed to engage and educate potential investors. Each week, Monday through Thursday, Ice Cream Boss shares a story or situation occurring in the virtual Häagen-Dazs Shop and asks fans how they would respond as a franchise owner. Participants can use any means necessary to come up with the answer, including using the Häagen-Dazs blog and FAQ section on the site.
