So Shirley and her dancing friend, 84-year-old Vernon Oakley, stopped by Fantastic Sams early Saturday afternoon. They wanted to share in the 25th anniversary celebration of the hair salon at Meadowbrook Shopping Plaza on Warwick Avenue.
