Triebel Family Foods Inc., an area Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches franchisee,
has bought the property to open an outlet at the corner of Magnolia and South Ridgewood avenues in Daytona Beach, according to Buddy Budiansky and Ron Frederick, commercial Realtors with Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL.
Budiansky and Frederick represented Triebel Family Foods, which paid $365,000 for the 3,594-square-foot restaurant building. The seller, NFPS Inc., was represented by Coldwell Banker Benchmark. The building has been vacant since a Maryland Chicken outlet closed in 2008.
