NuStar needed a phone system installed and chose Expetec of Rochester Hills to install the Allworx system.
The Expetec technician team consisted of two technicians and they completed the project in just forty eight hours.
Consultation at NuStar’s headquarters in Novi, Michigan was handled earlier that week to verify the agency’s needs and to insure all necessities and full capabilities of the system were covered. A few of the features of the Allworx system include multi-site integration, unified messaging, voice over internet, and full pbx system. The goal of VoIP is to upgrade technology and lower communication expenses.
