Franchise India:
Sudar Garments, a retail manufacturer and exporter of garments for men, women and kid is planning to enter the capital markets through IPO on February21, 2011. The company is also eyeing to take its count to 25 retail outlets in the southern region of the nation. Out of these, 10 will be company owned retail outlets that will be launched on leased premises and rest 15 retail outlets proposed to be franchised.
The company intends to increase its share in the retail market and penetrate overseas markets.
