The company recently announced it is the second-largest real estate franchise in the United States, according to REAL Trends, which analyzes the real estate industry. Coldwell Banker is the nation’s largest real estate company by agent count.
Additionally, the company had 119 of the top 500 brokerages ranked by closed transactions and 138 offices in the list for those ranked by closed volume.
The local Keller Williams franchise was listed as No. 252 in the closed transactions rankings. Keller Williams was the only Clarksville real estate franchise on the list.
