Since its launch in 1920 as the founder of India’s most elated dishes namely the butter chicken, tandoori chicken, and dal makhani, Moti Mahal restaurants have made an outstanding contribution to Indian culinary and provided a great platform for chefs from outside to learn more and more about Indian cookery.
