OinkADoodleMoo Smoky BBQ is bringing the taste of barbecue to Troy.
The Englewood-based quick-serve barbecue chain will open its fourth location — and second franchise store – in mid September.
Operated by franchisee John Webb, the restaurant, at 1600 W. Main St. in Troy, will occupy a 2,000-square-foot space and employ 15 to 20 full and part-time workers.
Webb is a first-time franchisee and quit his job in sales in April to begin training with OinkADoodleMoo.
