Top franchisees in the Zarraffa’s Coffee network are driving their business on with the opening of their second store today. Franchisee of the Year winners, brother and sister duo Elissa Hutton and Bruce Fullerton, are heading up the network’s sixth drive through store, located in the Riverlakes Shopping Centre, Loganholme.
The latest store is an example of the coffee chain’s push into suburban shopping sites, with Loganholme in a Gold Coast/Brisbane growth corridor.
Elissa Hutton said the new store marks a return to the community where they grew up. “Our parents have lived in the area for over 20 years and still have strong ties to the community, while I lived and worked in the hospitality industry in the early 1990s. We are both excited to be bringing Zarraffa’s to the locals, after establishing our Upper Coomera franchise over the past four yearsâ€, she said.
