Pizza Hut Franchisee NPC Offers To Buy Back $175M In Debt Ahead Of Sale

The largest Pizza Hut franchisee, NPC International Inc., seeks to buy back $175 million in outstanding debt ahead of its sale.

The Overland Park-based company stands to be acquired by NPC International Holdings Inc., which is going to buy all outstanding NPC capital stock from parent NPC Acquisition Holdings LLC. The buyer was formed by Olympus Partners, a Connecticut private equity firm. Read more.
