Ike’s Plans Minnetonka Debut In April

You’ve probably heard this story before, but there’s a new restaurant opening at the intersection of Highways 101 and 7 in Minnetonka.

Depending on your age and dining tastes, it will be in the old Mr. Steak/Tiramisu/Big Buck Roadhouse/Prima building. The 1973-vintage structure has been on the market since 2009 and vacant for more than a year.
