The new Baja Fresh will be located at 465 Lexington Avenue, just three blocks from bustling Grand Central Station and a number of large office buildings. The planned 2100 square foot restaurant will be spacious and outfitted in the bright, contemporary, clean, crisp design and artistic and natural lighting that has come to be associated with the Baja Fresh brand.
