Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., parent of the nation’s fastest growing barbecue restaurant chain Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, recently debuted a nationwide customer satisfaction program.

Listening and responding to customer’s experiences, perceptions and feedback has always been at the forefront of Dickey’s philosophy, but the company did not have an efficient way of measuring satisfaction at the local, regional and national levels.
