Longview’s newest specialty eatery is scheduled to open mid-week in the Marketplace Centre, Loop 281 and Judson Road, just around the corner from Burlington Coat Factory.
Diners will find more than 50 varieties of sandwiches at Which Wich, according to Bobby Marek, field operations manager for the chain. They will not find soups or salads.
Local franchisee of the 103 W. Loop 281 location is George Temple of Longview. Marek said Which Wich operates in 14 states and has 45 locations in Texas.
It is scheduled to be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week, Marek said. Staff training was going on late last week and should continue early this week.
