Arwebb Office Plus, an office-supply wholesaler in east Newark, announced it has joined St. Louis-based Indoff Inc., one of the largest nationwide office-products companies.
The business will continue its local operations but eventually will change its name to Indoff, local co-owner Bruce Bennett said.
“We made the decision to join this group to protect the jobs of all the employees,” Bennett said. “We will run independently, like an independent franchisee.”
The company’s distribution center is located at 1035 Brice St., just north of Ohio 16 in the city’s East End.
