Salad Creations, offering a fresh alternative to fast-food for today’s healthy lifestyle, announced today that it achieved the top spot on Restaurant Business magazine’s 2009 Future 50 list. Currently available in the July issue, the Future 50 is the magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest growing restaurant chains between $25 million and $50 million in annual sales. Compiled each year by Technomic Inc., Salad Creations and other nominees have proven their concepts while still maintaining their innovative entrepreneurial spirit.
“We’re honored to be recognized by Restaurant Business as the number one restaurant chain in the country on their Future 50 list,” said Jeff Levine, founder and chief executive officer of Salad Creations. “This ranking is due to the combined efforts of our franchisees, area developers, suppliers and corporate staff. Our passion, teamwork and focus on guest satisfaction are the cornerstones of Salad Creations and we’re very pleased to have our hard work substantiated by this tremendous recognition.”
Headquartered in Margate, Florida, Salad Creations was developed by Levine in 2003 after realizing that an increasing number of consumers were looking for a nutritious and quick alternative to traditional fast foods. Salad Creations quickly emerged as that restaurant solution and today the brand operates more than 55 locations worldwide.
