Franchising seems to be the perfect fit for twenty-somethings who are seeking structure and knowledge without working in a typical corporate job.
Neil Ehrlich, 23, owns and operates an Express Oil Change franchise in Cedar Park, Texas, and is the youngest franchisee in the chain.
