Noodles & Co. confirmed today it will open in the current McDonald’s space on the Country Club Plaza in February.
Landlord Highwoods Properties said the deal should be signed this week.
McDonald’s franchisee John Jelinek said he didn’t know when his Plaza location would close and referred calls to the local McDonald’s office, which confirmed the deal.
Jelinek also has two Midtown McDonald’s locations.
Colorado-based Noodles & Co. was founded in 1995 and serves Asian, Mediterranean and American inspired noodles dishes, soups and salads.
