CK Franchising, Inc., Franchisor Of Comfort Keepers® Receives World-Class Franchise Certification From Franchise Research Institute For The Second Year In A Row

CK Franchising, Inc., franchisor of Comfort Keepers®, a leading franchise network in the in-home care market for seniors and other adults needing care, has received World-Class Franchise® certification by the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®.

This is the second year in a row that Comfort Keepers, which has more than 600 locations in North America , has received World-Class Certification. The certification is based on an independent, confidential survey of Comfort Keepers franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with the company’s franchise system and is conducted using The Franchise Research Institute’s proprietary FranSurvey.

“In a matter of weeks the Franchise Research Institute polled 78.2 percent of Comfort Keepers franchisees to obtain true, unbiased feedback,” said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. “And looking at the results of the Comfort Keepers’ franchisee surveys, it’s clear the franchisor understands the importance of supporting and communicating with its franchise network.”

The survey asked Comfort Keepers franchisees to rate their franchisor through a series of questions regarding overall growth potential, quality, support, communication, and other important areas.

The results, according to Johnson, show that Comfort Keepers has an enthusiastic, energetic franchisee community of which 92 percent agree that their franchisor understands that if the franchisee is successful, they will be as well.

According to the FranSurvey system, Comfort Keepers achieved a positive rating from 94 percent of its new franchisees for ‘initial opening support,’ while 95 percent rated the ‘initial training’ provided by the franchisor as positive.

“It takes a quality franchise system to achieve this high level of results,” added Johnson.

For Jim Booth, president and CEO of CK Franchising, Inc., the results reinforce that working with the franchise community on key strategic decisions has made a difference and has helped franchisees build strong businesses.

“We are extremely proud of our results this year,” said Jim Booth, CK Franchising, Inc.’s president and CEO. “Using a third party to conduct the research allows us to really target the areas our franchisees find valuable.”
