The Reston office Tania Ivey Real Estate Group powered by Keller Williams Realty today announced it will host two unique seminars based around the opportunity that currently exist in 2011 for First Time Home Buyer and some of the creative financing technics available to buyers on Saturday January 22nd at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday January 26th at 6:30 p.m. at the company’s local offices at 11700 Plaza American Drive, Suite 150 in Reston, Virginia. The Saturday seminar will also include a unique tour of local bank-owned and distressed properties immediately after the seminar.
