The Coldstone saga continues. We were given a letter that was written by a lawyer involved in the process and sent to both Coldstone franchisees and Coldstone management. The letter below outlines the most recent updates and a call to franchisees to stay vocal about their problems and experiences:

The following statements constitute my opinion:

Thank you very much to those members of the NIACCF who have provided me with a copy of that organization’s most recent email. Please continue to forward those communications as they are issued.
In addition, I think franchisees are right to absolutely livid about Cold Stone’s online cake ordering program. There is a large amount of unaccounted for cash being paid by the franchisees to Kahala-Cold Stone and franchisees need to draw a line in the sand on this issue. Do not give in.
