Invercargill builder Carl Hamilton and wife Tracey have purchased the Jennian Homes Southland franchise from Gary and Vicki Popham.
Mr Hamilton completed his apprenticeship under the couple 12 years ago.
The couple launched Carl Hamilton Builders Ltd specialising in renovations and new homes when they returned from overseas four years ago. It is now running under Jennian Homes Southland.
