As the only Hispanic franchise operator of McDonald’s in Milwaukee, Rafael Luciano is a driving force for job creation and neighborhood revitalization on the city’s predominantly Latino south side.
Luciano, a former Xerox manager, owns and operates four McDonald’s restaurants in Milwaukee — with two on the south side at South 16th and West Washington streets and South 14th Street and West Burnham Avenue.
