Launched in February 2010, Help-U-Sell® Real Estate’s mobile site has seen an increase in traffic month to month, pointing to the growing movement toward mobile, especially on Android devices, which improved by 206 percent in July 2011 compared to July 2010.

In another year-on-year comparison, page views rose 100 percent on the mobile site.

A simplified version of the Help-U-Sell Real Estate corporate site, the mobile site enables users to search for properties and franchise offices, as well as calculate mortgage rates and affordability. An “intelligent search” lets consumers type in the type of home they’re seeking, such as “Carlisle, PA with 2 beds.”
