Rodney Quasny is the proud franchise owner of PROSHRED® Chicago South. Last month he won the President’s Award at the company’s annual conference. This award is given to a franchisee who is an overall team player with great charisma, dedication and one who delivers results in the field.
PROSHRED® looks at certain characteristics when choosing a winner for this award. The franchise would have to show strong annual growth in scheduled and purge revenue, compliance in ISO 9001-2008, dedication to PROSHRED®’s sales and marketing program, as well as being an ambassador for the company and the brand.
Quasny believes that winning the award is largely due to his emphasis on innovation, being PROSHRED®’s pioneer of utilizing a store-front location for his document shredding business.
