Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation a Delaware Corporation, is pleased to announce it has signed a Master franchise agreement with Henry Kassab of Unique Pizza of Michigan LLC. Mr. Kassab and UPZS have agreed to a 30 year Master Franchise Agreement, which calls for his group to open 20+ locations throughout the Michigan and available Southern California territories. Mr. Kassab will work with Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. to open their own and franchised Unique Pizza locations, his group will help market, train, order product, negotiate local deals, convert and open new locations.
