Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System®, a leading franchisor of commercial cleaning businesses, has named Rick Ascolese as Chief Executive Officer. He joined Coverall in March 2012 and will continue the company’s mission of helping franchisees grow successful enterprises using the company’s patent-pending, scientifically validated program proven to reduce the spread of illness-causing germs.
Previously, Ascolese served as President and Chief Operating Officer of TruGreen LandCare and spent 20 years with another ServiceMaster business unit, American Home Shield. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Miami University in Ohio and an M.B.A. in marketing and management from the University of Cincinnati.
