Freshmen aren’t the only newbies flocking to Ohio State University – Qdoba Mexican Grill is on its way as well.
Franchisee Dave Bookman plans to open his first outlet for the quick-casual Mexican chain by mid-October at 1956 N. High St., about a block south of Lane Avenue across from Arps Hall.
“We look at OSU as a prime area to open up,†he said. “The demographics are perfect. Students are right in the wheelhouse.â€
Denver-based Qdoba Restaurant Corp. has three restaurants in Central Ohio with a different franchisee.
